Obstacle Course Technique
Strength & Conditioning
Classes are available Monday through Friday at 7 AM, 9 AM in the mornings and 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM in the afternoons. On Saturdays class is at 10:00 AM.

16-Week Curriculum & Intramural League (Spring & Fall)
12-Week Summer Curriculum
4-Week Special Focus Winter Session (January)
1 Week Summer, Winter & Spring-Break Camp Sessions
Competitive Leagues, Tournaments & Races (Year- Round)
Traveling Team (Middle School & High School)
Multi-week curriculums include 2 practices per week (either Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday / Thursday at either 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM) as well as optional participation on Race Fridays. Classes max out at 24 participants. We do offer a once a week participation membership option.
